At Leila Loves, we want all our customers to be happy with their purchases.
With our Returns Policy, you are able to return your item if you are unhappy with it.
You will receive 75% refund of the selling price of the item on condition that the item is returned to us in its original state. (with tags/packaging that it was originally delivered to you in)
However, you are required to bear the return postal charges.
You will receive the refund within 3 days after we have received the return.
Terms & Conditions
1) Leila Loving is not responsible for any damages that occur during the delivery process. At Leila Loving, we ensure that the items that we send out are in excellent condition. Therefore, we will not entertain returns for damaged goods.
2) If you wish to return your item, please let us know within 3 days upon receiving the item. Any emails after 3 days regarding returns will not be entertained
3) Customer will bear the return postal charges.
4) The item must be returned in its original condition (with tags etc). If the item does not meet our requirements, we will deliver the item back to you via Registered Mail. (No refunds)
5) We are not responsible for any losses that occur during the return process. We suggest using Pos Ekspres to ensure safety of the item.
6) Do communicate with us via email/phone regularly during the entire return process to ensure a smooth exchange.
